If you're a skilled tradesperson with excellent communication and organisation skills, this is your chance to be part of an award-winning team committed to excellence.Role SummaryPosition: Pool Construction Supervisor Location: (Varied) Work Sites from the Gold Coast to Lismore Type: Full Time Salary: Competitive pay rates based on experience + superannuationKey ResponsibilitiesTeam Management: Supervise and manage Agile Pool Designs construction team and contractors.Project Scheduling: Schedule contract works with contractors and customers.Customer Interaction: Maintain ongoing customer relationships via phone, email, and in-person meetings.Contract Oversight: Ensure contract requirements and inclusions are executed to a high standardDocumentation: Keep accurate records of variations/changes and update the Dynamic administration and CRM systems.Photo Documentation: Maintain consistent photo logs at all project stages, ensuring appropriate forms are completed and filed correctlyProgress Updates: Communicate consistently with office admin staff on project progress.Trade Negotiation:
