Make a difference in the community.We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our store and bring together great people, strong commercial results and an exceptional customer experience.In This Role, You WillLead the team: Recruit, coach, develop and inspire team members to deliver their best.Run the store: Own day-to-day operations, inventory, merchandising, stock management and customer experience.Drive performance: Take accountability for sales, profitability, budgets, costs and key store KPIs.Create a safe, compliant workplace: Champion WHS, food safety, hygiene and regulatory standards.Build local connections: Strengthen customer advocacy and relationships with local communities, producers and organisations.You'll BringRetail leadership: 5+ years' experience in retail, supermarket or trade-based environments, with proven people leadership experience.Commercial mindset: Robust business acumen and the ability to use data and insights to drive sales, profitability and efficiency.Customer focus:
