discipline and a genuine passion for developing people.You will need:Previous automotive Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, or Senior Sales leadership experienceA proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsStrong leadership, coaching and people-management capabilityA sound understanding of automotive sales processes and dealership KPIsStrong lead-management and CRM disciplinesThe ability to analyse performance data and turn it into clear actionsExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong commercial awareness across sales, finance, trade-ins and aftermarketA proactive, hands-on leadership styleA genuine desire to build a high-performance team cultureExperience with New Energy Vehicles is advantageous but not essential.
