Help coordinate reliable disability supports across regional and remote Queensland.Are you highly organised, calm under pressure and confident coordinating people, schedules and changing priorities?
Stream Services is seeking a Planning and Scheduling Officer to provide day-to-day rostering, scheduling and administrative support across our participant services.
This is an important operational role that helps ensure supports are accurately rostered, clearly communicated and delivered by suitable workers who understand each participant's individual needs and preferences.About Stream ServicesStream Services is an NDIS registered provider committed to improving the standard of living, happiness and wellbeing of people living in isolated and remote communities.We work in partnership with participants, families, workers and local communities to deliver quality, sustainable and person-centred supports that promote participant choice, control and independence.About The RoleYour responsibilities will include:Building, reviewing, finalising and publishing participant support rostersCoordinating routine backfill, shift changes and service disruptionsContacting participants, representatives and workers to confirm leave, availability, preferences and requested changesMaintaining forward visibility of vacancies, unfilled shifts,



leave and emerging coverage risksMaintaining accurate scheduling records and roster informationMonitoring timesheets and roster discrepancies and escalating issues appropriatelyAssisting with workforce, leave and utilisation reportingSupporting onboarding administration for new participants and workersMaintaining vehicle booking information and assisting with fleet coordinationParticipating in an on-call roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidaysAbout YouYou will bring:Experience in administration, rostering, scheduling, customer service or coordinationStrong organisational and time-management skillsExcellent attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsPractical problem-solving abilitySound judgement and escalation skillsMicrosoft Office proficiencyAbility to learn rostering and participant-management systemsDESIRABLEKnowledge of the NDIS and disability servicesExperience using Akuety or similar systemsExperience preparing workforce or operational reportsRelevant qualification in business administration, community services or operationsExperience supporting regional, rural or remote service deliveryWHY JOIN STREAM SERVICES?
