and the work you do genuinely matters.Position SummaryThe Associate works closely with the Financial Advisors to assist in the development and implementation of advice to new and existing clients.Our POD structure within our advice teams provides a robust environment for an Associates who is looking to further build their technical capability, gain hands‐on exposure to advice formulation and strategy and direct client work, working closely with experienced advisors in a structured and well‐supported setting.Key Responsibilities and TasksThe Associate responsibilities span across 5 key pillars: Client Service & Advice, Advisor & POD Support, Team & Personal Development, Risk & Compliance and Team Culture & InnovationAttend and support client meetings end to end (preparation, note taking, and follow up) and assist with strategy formulation, workings, discussion papers, and advice document requests and checking.Deliver exceptional client service to drive retention and referrals, while identifying opportunities for additional wealth and broader PWG services, and maintaining solid communication with referral partners on mutual clients.Oversee and support implementation of advice, working closely with the client services team and assisting with client services responsibilities where required.Advisor related administration activities including revenue reconciliation and tracking, pipeline management, dashboards & reporting, compliance activitiesMaintain a high level of compliance in all advice and service to clients to ensure licensee standards are met,
