Contracts OfficerInner West Sydney$100k - $120k + SuperWe are working with a well-established national construction business who are looking for a Contracts Officer to join its commercial team in Sydney.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3+ years' commercial contracts experience who enjoys working across complex construction projects and wants to develop their career within a team-oriented, high-performing team.You'll work closely with an experienced National Commercial Manager, supporting contract reviews, commercial negotiations and governance across a diverse portfolio of projects.About the RoleThis is a commercially focused role where you'll help manage contractual risk while partnering with project teams and stakeholders across the business to review contracts and mitigate risk.You'll be involved throughout the contract lifecycle, ensuring documentation is compliant, commercial risks are identified early,



and contract records are maintained to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesReview construction contracts and identify commercial and contractual risksAssist with contract negotiations and departures from standard agreementsSupport subcontractor and supplier contract reviews.Maintain contract registers and ensure documentation is accurately managedProvide commercial support and advice to project teams and senior stakeholdersAssist in improving contract management processes and governanceWork across multiple live construction projects and business divisionsAbout You3+ years' experience in commercial contracts, financial contracts,construction lawor contracts administrationConstruction industry experience is highly regardedStrong understanding of contract review and commercial riskExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh attention to detail with strong organisational skillsConfident using Microsoft Office and Adobe and exposure to Bluebeam is advantageousAble to work independently while collaborating with a broader commercial teamWhat's on Offer$100k - $120k + SuperFull-timerole in Inner West SydneyJoin a well-established national construction businessWork alongside experienced commercial leadersExposure to complex projects across multiple sectorsClear long-term career progression within a growing commercial team and national company#SCR-fraser-malloy
