To be successful you must have recent experience in the transport industry as an allocator working with palletised freight and have extensive knowledge of the Sydney metropolitan area.ResponsibilitiesDay to day fleet managementDaily scheduling and coordinating routes/ deliveriesManaging internal and external stakeholder relationshipsLead and monitor fleet performance focusing on systems, procedures and processes for continuous improvementManagement of COR with emphasis on Load Restraint & Fatigue ManagementRequirementsRecent palletised freight fleet allocations experienceStrong experience in transport logistics and road fleet managementExtensive knowledge of the Sydney metropolitan areasStrong COR exposureAbility to work under stringent time frames and fast paced work environmentStrong MS Office; specifically MS Excel and MS PowerPointHighly developed written and verbal communication skills
