Reporting into the marketing leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving client communications, investor engagement, brand awareness, and marketing initiatives across the business.This position offers the chance to combine strategic thinking with hands‐on execution, partnering closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, investors, and clients to deliver high-quality marketing outcomes.Key Responsibilities:As a Marketing Manager, you will:Lead the development and execution of investor and client communication strategiesManage the production and distribution of all outbound investor communications and reportingDevelop and implement annual marketing and communications plans aligned to business objectivesCoordinate and deliver a range of high-profile events including Annual General Meetings, investor roadshows, webinars, and client functionsOversee website content management, ensuring information remains current, engaging, and compliantPartner with external PR agencies to develop media releases, thought leadership content, and corporate communicationsManage CRM marketing campaigns, audience segmentation,



and client engagement initiativesAnalyse campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvementAct as a key point of contact for investor and stakeholder enquiries, delivering a qualified and exceptional client experienceSupport broader brand, digital marketing, and business development initiatives across the organisationAbout You:To be successful in this role, you will bring:Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, or a related discipline5+ years' experience in a marketing, communications, or investor relations roleExperience within financial services, investment management or asset management is highly regardedYou need to be a go getter, be motivated and able to work autonomouslyStrong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skillsExperience managing events, communications campaigns, and marketing projects end-to-endProficiency across digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and content management systemsExceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detailA proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentThis is a rare opportunity to join a respected investment management organisation where your contribution will be visible, valued and impactful.
