Customer Service Representative - Major ProjectsWe're looking for a highly organised and commercially sharp Customer Service Representative to take full ownership of billing and invoicing across multiple major infrastructure projects.This is not a passive admin role, you'll be at the centre of project delivery, managing docket processing/ reconciliation, coordinating with drivers and stakeholders, and ensuring accurate and on time invoicing across projects including the Suburban Rail Loop and other major works.You will also oversee an offshore resource responsible for reviewing and reconciling individual driver dockets, allowing you to focus on higher value tasks such as client reporting and invoicing.You will have the chance to step into a leadership role managing a customer service team if desired,



and a pathway into commercial or finance roles for the right person.What You'll Be Responsible ForDocket processing and reconciliationManaging weekly invoice runs across multiple projectsPreparing and submitting monthly claims (including reconciliations and reporting)Reviewing and validating all dockets prior to invoicingManaging client-specific billing requirements across major projectsHandling discrepancies, adjustments and supplementary claimsCommunicating directly with drivers and internal stakeholders to chase outstanding informationEnsuring all reporting, approvals and invoicing deadlines are metWhat Success Looks LikeFast, accurate processing in a high-volume environmentMinimal errors and clean invoice runsStrong ownership of the entire billing processProactive communication and issue resolutionPositive, professional relationships with internal teams and major clientsAbout YouMinimum 2+ years' experience in project administration, billing, or similarExperience with invoicing systems or similar softwareHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyConfident communicator — able to pick up the phone and solve issuesTransport, logistics or construction experience is highly regarded (but not essential)What can I earn as a Customer Service Representative
