Reporting to the Chief Digital & Information Officer, the Head of Engineering will be accountable for delivery, quality, security, reliability and technical direction across the custom platforms supporting DAI's freight and logistics operations, including the core Transport Management System.The role offers the opportunity to shape engineering strategy, architecture, operating practices and culture while leading multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.Here is what you will be doing:Lead software development and web and mobile engineeringOwn the engineering operating model, technical direction and architectureLead planning, prioritisation and roadmap deliveryStrengthen automated testing, secure development,
