Join RSM as a Payroll Officer.Are you ready to take the next step in your payroll career?
RSM is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Officer to join our growing national team.
This full-time, office-based role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive setting, delivering accurate and timely payroll services to over 2,000 employees across Australia.You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process across multiple sites and playing a key role in ensuring compliance, accuracy,



and excellent service delivery.What You'll DoProcess end-to-end payroll across multiple sitesHandle onboarding, offboarding, and ETPsCalculate salary increases, back pays, and leave accrualsRespond to payroll queries (Workday, email, phone)Collaborate with People & Culture and Finance teamsEnsure compliance with all relevant legislationAssist with reconciliations, payments, and reportingAbout YouWhat we're looking for:2- 3 years' experience in a similar payroll roleAble to process end to end payroll across multiple sitesKnowledge of payroll legislationHigh level of attention to detail and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience with ADP Payforce and/or Workday is desirableProficiency in Microsoft OfficeWhy RSM?
