This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving continuous improvement, and managing a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Lead and manage end-to-end fabrication operations (cutting, welding, assembly, finishing)Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standardsDevelop and implement operational strategies to optimise workflow and productivityOversee workforce planning, rostering, and performance managementDrive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies)Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocationCollaborate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to streamline operationsEnsure compliance with OH&S;,
