Known for their commitment to safety, quality workmanship and employee development, they have built a strong reputation supporting major mining operations throughout Central Queensland.Your new roleAn exciting chance exists for an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join a growing team working across various mine sites throughout the Bowen Basin.
In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, fault-finding and repair of overhead cranes, jib cranes and associated lifting equipment.
You will carry out preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, component replacements and mechanical inspections to ensure equipment reliability and compliance.
Working a 4/3 roster with 12-hour shifts, you will support a range of mining clients while contributing to safe and efficient site operations.
