Pantoro Limited is seeking an experienced Safety Emergency Response Training Advisor to join our growing team at our Norseman operations in Western Australia.
This is a full time position based onsite working an 8 days on / 6 days off roster, Fly in – Fly out (FIFO) from Perth, where you will play a crucial role in developing, delivering and maintaining our emergency response training programmes.
This position is strategically important to our operations, ensuring that all personnel are equipped with the knowledge and skills to respond effectively to emergency situations and maintain a safe working environment across our mining operations.
The role is supported by a Senior Advisor, Coordinator, and Departmental Manager.
Key responsibilities
Monitor compliance with site and legislative safety requirements
Deliver emergency response, first aid and firefighting training programs
Support site emergency preparedness, readiness and response activities
Maintain emergency response equipment and facilities
Provide safety advice, incident support and risk management guidance
Contribute to safety systems, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
Liaise with site leaders, contractors and external emergency services
Participate in the emergency response on-call roster as required




What we're looking for
Experience in emergency response, safety training or mining operations
Strong knowledge of mining safety, risk management and emergency response requirements
Proven training delivery and stakeholder engagement skills
Commitment to safety leadership and continuous improvement
Cert IV Healthcare Ambulance (Mandatory)
Cert III in Emergency Response and Rescue (Mandatory)
Cert IV WHS (Highly Desirable)
Cert IV Training and Assessment (Desirable)Ability to thrive in a remote mining environment
