REV Distribution APAC (home of KNOX Hydrate) and Tobacco Market are two fast-growing startups looking for a Junior Supply Chain Coordinator to support day-to-day order flow, customer service, account management, and general administration across both businesses.
This is a hands‐on, varied role — perfect for someone early in their career who wants to get in on the ground floor and learn how a business really runs, from the systems and processes through to customer relationships and day‐to‐day decision‐making.
You'll report to the Operations Manager and Commercial Manager, working closely with both teams to keep orders moving, customers looked after, and the business running smoothly.
What you'll do:
Order Flow
Manage order processing across WooCommerceSupport invoicing and reconciliation in XeroCoordinate shipping and dispatch via Starshippit
Customer Service
Manage support tickets, emails, and phone enquiriesOwn issue resolution and follow-through to close‐outProcess new customer approvals — licence checks, information verification,



and testingRun weekly delivery auditsRun payment audits and monitor credit termsCheck in regularly with small accounts to maintain relationships
Administration
Assist with day‐to‐day business operations as needed
What you'll bring:
1–3 years' experience in operations, customer service, administration, or a similar coordination roleComfortable learning recent systems — no prior WooCommerce/Xero/Starshippit experience required, full training providedStrong attention to detail, especially with audits, approvals, and compliance checksConfident communicator across phone, email, and ticketing systemsOrganised self‐starter who can juggle multiple priorities across two businessesJoin two startups at an early stage — real opportunity to grow with the business and shape how things are doneA genuine chance to learn all aspects of startup and business management, not just one narrow functionVaried role across two industries — FMCG (KNOX Hydrate) and wholesale distributionFull training on all systems and processesDirect exposure to both operations and commercial leadershipLeichhardt-based team, on‐site collaboration
