You will lead by example, inspire your team, and help support their growth and career development while delivering exceptional customer experiences.This is a full-time role (38 hours/week) working across a rotating roster over 7 days, including half the weekends and half the public holidays.Key ResponsibilitiesYour duties will include, but are not limited to:Training & DevelopmentOnboarding and training team membersConducting performance reviews and supporting career developmentRecruitment and inductionTeam ManagementAssist the store manager with rostering and shift changesBuilding a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team cultureCustomer ExperienceEnsuring high-quality, great-tasting food that is well presented and expertly preparedDelivering fast, friendly, and memorable customer serviceAdministrationCash handling, banking, POS systemsOperationsCost control, stock ordering,
