As part of the Special Projects Team, you will be part of a energetic, fast paced & colloboarative team working closely with Product Development and Marketing by focusing on both new and established product lines aimed at global markets, including licensed and non-licensed distribution channels.Primary responsibilities will revolve around crafting packaging artwork, establishing branding, developing brand assets, and structuring diverse packaging formats.Key responsibilitiesCreating and developing new brand logos and designsPreparing for final art and creating construction dielinesRecommending and developing the optimum packaging structure for products and brandsDevelop packaging solutions showcasing product features and functions while keeping the customers in mindProactively gathering relevant information to make the packaging exceptional such as photography, content, and illustrationWorking with licensors; taking into consideration feedback and comments while making recommendationsCreating, refining, following style guide as needed by brandsMaintaining timeline and budget while adhering to style guide where requiredDesigning for print and packaging 3D production and leading in the creative processLeading the design for trade shows, retail shows, PR, etc.
