Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will provide hands-on operational support across an allocated portfolio of stores.You will partner closely with Franchise Owners, Corporate Stores and their teams to drive performance, strengthen capability, and ensure consistent delivery of brand standards and customer experience across both franchise and corporate locations.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild strong, commercially focused relationships with Franchisees to support business growthConduct regular store visits, providing coaching, feedback, and actionable recommendationsDrive alignment to Price Attack's strategic objectives, brand standards, and operational expectationsIdentify and implement opportunities to improve key financial KPIs (sales, labour, COGS, profitability)Deliver structured training across all levels—from Franchise Owners and Managers to store teamsProvide operational support across corporate stores, including performance improvement, team development, and execution of brand standardsWork closely with suppliers to coordinate in-store training and product educationEnsure compliance with franchise agreements and operational standardsAssist with new store openings, fit-outs, and national operational initiativesAbout YouYou are a commercially minded, people-focused operator who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site retail setting.Proven experience in multi-site retail, field operations, or area managementStrong ability to influence, coach,
