As the Process Analyst you will capture current-state processes, identify automation opportunities, quantify value, redesign workflows and support delivery teams in translating business requirements into scalable AI-enabled solutions.Type: Max Term Contract or ACN Day RateSalary: Up to $210,000 package (including super), depending on experience!
Location: Wooli Creek, SydneyStart Date: ASAPDuration: 12 MonthsApplicants must hold Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency (PR) - DWS are unable to sponsor or support visas.Your ResponsibilitiesRun workshops to document end-to-end business processes, approvals, hand-offs and decision pointsIdentify repetitive, queue-based, rules-driven and high-volume processes suitable for Agentic AIDevelop current-state and future-state process maps using BPMN or similar methodsQuantify effort savings, cycle-time improvements and value realisation opportunitiesDefine business requirements, user stories, exceptions and acceptance criteriaPartner with AI Solution Architects and Developers during design and implementationEstablish human-in-the-loop controls and governance requirementsSupport user acceptance testing, process readiness and business adoptionEssential Skills & ExperienceDemonstrated experience as a Business Analysis, Process Analysis,
