you will take ownership of a residential portfolio and be responsible for delivering exceptional outcomes for owners and tenants across all aspects of property management.
This includes:End-to-end property management of your allocated portfolioManaging tenant relationships from application through to vacateConducting inspections and overseeing tenancy complianceManaging lease renewals, rent reviews and arrearsMaintaining legislative compliance and accurate portfolio reportingDelivering a high standard of customer service and resident experience across your portfolioAbout YouWe're looking for a confident and proactive Property Manager who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and building long term relationships.To be successful, you will bring:Minimum 4 years experience in residential propertyStrong knowledge of Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accomodation ActExperience managing leasing, inspections, maintenance and tenancy mattersExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA solution focused and professional approach to property managementWhy This Role Is Different?
