Primarily focused on Multi Combination Driver and Bus Driver recruiting, you will be responsible for managing end to end blue collar recruitment briefs across our diverse operations throughout Western Australia.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborating closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor recruitment approachesManaging end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles across AustraliaEnsuring a high level of accurate and timely communication to both internal stakeholders and candidatesPartnering with the HR team and site administrators and managers to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding experienceDeveloping and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including social media and local advertising strategiesManaging the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing through to placementConducting thorough interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fitBuilding and maintaining a strong pipeline of talent to support ongoing business needsAbout YouStrong track record in the successful delivery of end-to-end recruitment processes (with a primary focus on MC Drivers)Experience in the Transport industry is essential, mining industry experience highly regardedStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent attention to detail and solid computer skillsA proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to quickly learn new systemsStrong communication skills and a reliable, team-oriented approachWe are an equal prospect employer who celebrate diversity in all its forms.
