Yeerongpilly, BrisbaneFull-time | Primarily Monday to Friday with occasional evening and weekend events | Salary commensurate with experienceWe're looking for an energetic, commercially minded Sales Representative / Brand Ambassador to help grow Slipstream Brewing and share our story with more beer drinkers, venues and retailers.This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer relationships, new business development, beer tastings, festivals, activations and practical support for our wholesale operations.You'll be one of the friendly faces of Slipstream Brewing.
One day you might be visiting customers and introducing them to our latest releases; the next, hosting a tasting, representing us at a beer festival or helping prepare an order at our Yeerongpilly brewery.This isn't a role for someone who wants to wait for leads to arrive or spend every day behind a desk.

community activations and tap takeoversTransporting beer and event equipment and assisting with site setup and pack-downHosting in-store tastings and engaging consumers with our beers and brewing storySupporting new product launches, promotions and other wholesale marketing activityChecking product presentation, availability, stock rotation and merchandising within customer accountsMaking deliveries to customers when requiredKeeping customer details, sales activity and follow-up notes accurate and up to dateSharing customer and market feedback with the sales, marketing and brewing teamsAssisting with general sales administration and brewery operations when requiredWhat a great day looks likeCustomers feel supported and excited to work with Slipstream.

Beer drinkers walk away knowing more about what makes our beers special, and the wider team has clear, useful feedback from the market.You'll be comfortable combining the energy of brand representation with the organisation, persistence and accountability required to grow sales.What you'll bringYou're likely to be a strong fit if you:Are confident, engaging and genuinely enjoy meeting new peopleHave experience in sales, account management, hospitality, retail or the beverage industryCan build strong customer relationships while remaining commercially focusedAre comfortable approaching prospective customers and asking for the saleTake initiative, follow through on commitments and manage your own workloadCommunicate clearly and professionally in person, over the phone and by emailAre organised, reliable and able to manage competing prioritiesHave a genuine interest in craft beer and enthusiasm for developing strong product knowledgeAre comfortable being measured against sales activity and resultsEnjoy working collaboratively and can take feedback on boardAre willing to take on practical tasks as well as customer-facing workAre confident using basic computer applications and customer management systemsExperience selling beer, beverages, hospitality products or FMCG will be highly regarded, but strong sales ability, initiative and the right attitude are just as important.You'll also need:A current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificateFlexibility to attend occasional evening and weekend eventsThe physical ability to safely lift and move cartons,



kegs and event equipmentConfidence driving for customer visits and deliveries.
