The project will involve complex structural sequencing, retention systems and significant coordination across multiple trades and disciplines.Working alongside an experienced Project Manager, you'll be supported by a dedicated team of Contract Administrators, Project Engineers and Safety Officers, while directly leading two Site Supervisors to ensure the successful delivery of the project.About youWe're looking for a highly experienced Site Manager who enjoys leading teams and delivering high-quality commercial construction projects safely, on time and to budget.Ideally, you'll bring experience delivering projects from start to finish, with demonstrated capability across large, complex multi-storey developments.You'll also demonstrate:Proven experience delivering projects valued around $90M or largerExperience managing projects from site establishment through to handoverStrong understanding of basement construction, underground car parks and complex structural worksExperience managing retention wall systemsStrong knowledge of tower crane sequencing, logistics and construction stagingExperience programming construction works using Microsoft ProjectStrong leadership skills with experience managing reporting Site SupervisorsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvementThis role will see youLead the delivery of a major $90M commercial construction projectManage construction from commencement through to practical completionLead and mentor two Site Supervisors and site delivery teamsCoordinate a well-resourced team including Project Engineers, Contract Administrators and Safety OfficersManage quality,
