We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Lead to partner with our Chief Operating Officer and Executive Leadership Team in shaping and delivering a coordinated enterprise transformation agenda across this diverse portfolio.This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic and commercially minded transformation leader who can bring structure, clarity and momentum to complex business priorities.

You will establish enterprise-wide visibility of the transformation portfolio, strengthen business cases and investment decisions, and ensure each initiative has transparent ownership, governance and measures of success.You will also lead the organisation's change and communications capability,
