You'll work across multiple facilities, ensuring each site remains safe, compliant and well‐presented.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out preventative, corrective and statutory maintenance tasksInspect buildings, public areas and equipment to identify issuesOperate and maintain tools, machinery and equipmentCoordinate and oversee external contractorsMowing, edging and maintaining lawns and landscaped areasPruning, trimming, and maintaining trees, shrubs, hedges,



and garden bedsFollow WHS procedures and ensure safe work practicesManage work orders and complete tasks within strict timeframesHave sound communication skills and experience working with internal and external stakeholdersComplete general repairs including basic plumbing, painting, tiling, carpentry, lighting and minor installationsOperating and maintaining grounds keeping equipment such as mowers, whipper snippers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and chainsawsWhat you'll need to succeedCurrent Driver's LicenceWhite Card (Construction Induction)Physically fit, reliable and proactiveStrong hands‐on general maintenance skillsExperience coordinating contractorsExcellent communication and problem‐solving skillsModerate computer literacy for logging maintenance tasksGood understanding of WHS, compliance and relevant codesMinimum one year experience in a Maintenance Officer or Facilities roleTrade qualification (highly desirable)What you'll get in returnVariety in your day‐to‐day workloadOpportunities across multiple industries and locationsStable, ongoing opportunities across the Gold Coast
