You'll take ownership of fault finding, electrical repairs, component installations and commissioning activities within our workshop, ensuring every machine leaves safe, reliable and ready for peak performance.What You'll DoDiagnose, repair and maintain electrical, electronic and monitoring systems on CAT machines and componentsConduct fault finding, testing and quality assurance checks using specialised diagnostic tools and equipmentInstall, calibrate and commission electrical components, harnesses, sensors and control systems to OEM standardsMaintain a clean, safe and efficient workshop environment while working collaboratively with Supervisors and peersWhat You'll BringCertificate III in Automotive Electrotechnology (or equivalent)Proven rebuilds/major component overhaul/assembly experienceCAT or comparable surface mining gear; robust diagnostics/fault‐findingProactive, safety‐first mindset; unrestricted driver's licenceWhy Join WesTrac?
