Hedge & tree trimming;Mowing, edging & whipper snipping;Control weeds and pests through the application of herbicides;Raking and blowing leaves, pruning and disposing of dying vegetation;Planting, mulching, and maintaining flowers and shrubs, including watering and maintenance of irrigation systems;Oversee the outdoor presentation of all facilities, including BBQ & pool maintenance;Launching and parking recreational boats for resident use;Ensure all mechanical equipment and tools are kept in positive working orderRequirementsA "C" class open driver's licence (essential);Current maritime boating licence (essential);Relevant gardening experience in a similar role;Qualification in Cert III Horticulture or equivalent is advantageous;ACDC chemical licence is advantageous;Ability to use equipment such as push mower, ride-on mower, hedge trimmer, whipper snipper and blower;Possess the physical ability to undertake the requirements of the role, including bending,
