You will build the recruiting function from scratch — sourcing, process, employer brand, and the systems that let us hire exceptional people rapid.The role requires 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including technical hiring at high-growth companies.
You will design a sourcing engine, close top talent, and drive the process end-to-end while enjoying ownership
