This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Accountant ready to take the next step into leadership or an existing Supervisor seeking greater opportunity and client exposure.Working closely with Managers and Partners, you'll oversee client engagements, supervise team members, review work, and provide trusted advice to a diverse portfolio of clients across industries including agribusiness, manufacturing, transport, professional services and privately owned businesses.What You'll Be DoingManage a portfolio of clients and build strong, trusted relationshipsReview financial statements, income tax returns and compliance work across complex structuresCoordinate workflow, deadlines and resource allocation across engagementsSupervise, coach and develop accountants and senior accountantsReview work completed by team members and provide technical guidanceSupport Managers and Partners in business development and client retention initiativesIdentify risks,
