Due to increased workload, an experienced Leasing & Licencing Officer is required to provide administrative, financial and customer-focused support within a high-volume team.Key responsibilities align with leasing, licencing, financial administration, customer service and records management functions.Your current role Reporting to a supportive team leader, you will play a key role in managing leasing and licencing administration while delivering excellent customer service to a broad range of stakeholders.Key responsibilities include:Processing leasing and licencing applications and documentationManaging licence and lease renewalsCollecting and reconciling fees and licence revenueMonitoring records and maintaining accurate databasesPreparing correspondence, reports and administrative documentationResponding to customer enquiries and providing timely adviceLiaising with internal teams and external stakeholdersMaintaining compliance with relevant policies,



procedures and legislationSupporting financial and administrative processes within the teamWhat you'll need to succeedPrevious experience in administration, customer service or financial administrationStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracyExperience managing records, databases and documentationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing deadlinesStrong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to workIntermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and OutlookA current National Police Clearance is required for the successful candidateCandidates with experience in administration, finance, customer service, leasing, licencing, accounts administration, contracts administration or compliance-focused environments are encouraged to applyWhat you'll get in return$47 per hour plus superImmediate startContract until October ****Full-time hoursWestern suburbs locationSupportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunity to gain valuable experience within a large organisation
