The practice is recognised for delivering top-tier legal work while maintaining a genuinely team-oriented and supportive culture.Working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, you will gain exposure to a broad range of matters, including:Insolvency and restructuring matters;Director and officer-related claims;Corporate and shareholder disputes;Recovery and enforcement proceedings; andFormal and informal insolvency appointments.About YouThe ideal candidate will have experience in commercial litigation and/or insolvency, although lawyers from a broader disputes background will also be considered.
Experience in insurance litigation,
