If not, tag someone who lives for fight nights.We're looking for a Social Media Producer to help drive world class, algorithm-first content across Kayo Sports & Main Event social channels.
This role is hands-on, fast paced, and built around the intensity of UFC, boxing and the wider world of combat sports- including fight weeks, magazine shows, live events, and breaking news moments.Key ResponsibilitiesCreating and elevating editorial-led content tied to rivalries, athletes, breaking news, and cultural momentsMonitor the combat sports news cycle and move fast when stories breakCollaborate with producers, talent, and marketing teams to develop original content and formatsPitch and execute ideas that are outside the box and feel native to platformAbout your experienceStrong knowledge of UFC, boxing and combat sports is non negotiable (essential)Advanced video editing and graphic design skills, with robust proficiency in Adobe SuiteVideography skills preferred, bonus if you have your own kitStorytelling in video editing, pacing,



and audience retentionA social-first thinker with strong editorial judgementClear understanding of the journalism side of sport, where accuracy, context, timing, sensitivity, and responsibility matterDeep understanding of major social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTubeConfident working with social performance data and using insights to improve outputPowerful written communication and grammarCalm under pressure, fast on the tools, and proactiveMust be Sydney basedDue to the agile nature of live sports, this role requires significant flexibility.
You must be available Monday to Sunday, including mornings and nights.
