You'll play a key role in shaping the future success of the venue while leading a team that takes pride in creating memorable experiences for every guest.About the RoleAs Venue Manager, you'll take ownership of the venue's day-to-day operations, working closely with department leaders to drive performance, strengthen culture, and deliver outstanding hospitality across all departments.Key responsibilities include:Leading and developing front and back of house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiencesDriving venue performance through strong operational leadership, commercial awareness, and clear accountabilityOverseeing daily operations across the bistro, bar, gaming, bottle shop, accommodation and other key revenue streamsManaging labour costs, rostering, stock control and venue profitabilityBuilding a positive, high-performing culture through recruitment, coaching and ongoing developmentEnsuring compliance with RSA, RSG, WHS and licensing requirementsMaintaining high service standards and a strong focus on continuous improvementCollaborating with senior leadership on promotions, events,
