managing projects from initial briefing through to successful placement.Leading client briefings and developing recruitment strategiesManaging active roles, candidate pipelines and delivery timelinesProactively sourcing, engaging and assessing candidatesProviding clients with market insights and practical hiring adviceManaging the candidate experience from initial contact through to placementBuilding long-term client and candidate relationshipsWorking collaboratively with the team to deliver successful outcomesMaintaining accurate systems, activity and reportingWorking towards agreed KPIs, targets and delivery expectationsIdentifying opportunities to grow client relationships and contribute to the broader businessAbout YouWe are looking for someone who is ambitious, proactive and accountable.
