You will need to be flexible and understand that the workload can change depending on customer requirements, cargo movements, inspections and daily deadlines.ResponsibilitiesCoordinating biosecurity and customs requirements for incoming containers and cargoCoordinating container bookings, inspections and clearanceLiaising with customs brokers, freight forwarders and customersMonitoring incoming cargo and ensuring required processes are followedCoordinating biosecurity inspections and container unpack requirementsCoordinating fumigation and wash bay requirementsCoordinating container washing and clearanceManaging customs and biosecurity documentationFollowing up customs, biosecurity and operational issuesResolving customer-related issues and enquiriesWorking closely with warehouse, transport and operations teamsAssisting with audits and compliance activities
