This is a hands-on commercial role, not a corporate management position.
You'll work across the project portfolio supporting delivery teams with the commercial and contractual matters that inevitably arise on complex civil construction projects.
A major focus will be ensuring teams are administering their contracts properly — early, accurately and proactively.Key responsibilitiesSupport Project Managers and Operations Managers with day-to-day commercial and contractual mattersReview head contracts and clearly communicate key obligations, risks and opportunities to project teamsAssist with variations, claims, EOTs, notices and contractual correspondenceEnsure contractual notices and entitlements are identified and actioned within required timeframesSupport project teams with subcontractor commercial and contractual mattersAssist with difficult negotiations, claims and disputesReview project commercial performance and identify emerging risks earlyWork with PMs on forecasting,
