This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional and efficient cleaning services to our valued customers.What you'll be doingManage and oversee a team of cleaning professionals to deliver outstanding serviceMonitor and evaluate the performance of cleaning staff to ensure high standards are maintainedLiaise with clients to understand their requirements and address any concerns or issues that ariseCoordinate the scheduling and allocation of cleaning staff and resources across the siteEnsure all cleaning activities adhere to relevant health, safety and environmental regulationsAssist with the recruitment, training and development of the cleaning teamIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficiencies within cleaning operationsWhat we're looking forSignificant experience in a similar supervisory role within the cleaning industryProven ability to effectively lead,
