With six offices nationally and partner firms in more than 145 markets, wherever you want to go, we can take you there.About This RoleWork alongside a team of employment tax experts to develop your specialist tax advisory expertise with particular focus on global mobility arrangements, FBT, payroll tax, superannuation, employee share schemes, remuneration planning and salary sacrifice arrangements across a diverse range of international clients.Key ResponsibilitiesConsult and advise on a wide variety of employment tax advisory work including FBT, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, ESS, PAYG and employee versus contractor matters,
including audits and cross border issuesWork collaboratively with data and technology experts to help design automated tools for employment tax solutions.Provide international assignment consulting and compliance services across a range of clients and mattersPrepare FBT returns using specialist softwareUndertaking compliance reviews and 'Health Checks' for employers' employment tax obligationsDesign and implementing share plans for businesses ranging from large corporates to start-up businessesSkills & ExperienceExperience in a similar or complimentary roleDemonstrated ability to build relationships and work independentlyStrong research and legal interpretation skillsProactive approach to client relationships and cross selling of servicesSolid written and verbal communication skillsDegree qualification, majoring in Accounting, Tax, Commerce, Economics, Finance or LawWe are committed to ensuring our recruitment process is inclusive and accessible for anyone who wishes to apply, and we warmly encourage applications from individuals from diverse backgrounds including Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islanders, those in the LGBTQI+ community and individuals who identify as having disability or are neurodivergent.
