Key responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day performance of both stores
Lead, support and develop supervisors and store teams
Ensure high standards in customer service, cleanliness and presentation
Monitor product and beverage consistency
Manage rostering, staffing coordination and day-to-day issues
Support onboarding, training and team accountability
Oversee stock, store systems and operational processes
Manage complaints and escape issues appropriately
Maintain communication between stores, management and production
Identify local sales opportunities and support commercial growth
Provide transparent weekly reporting
Ensure tasks are followed through and closed out
About you
Previous multi-site retail,



hospitality or café management experience preferred
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Highly organised with strong follow-through
Reliable, mature and confident making decisions
Commercially aware and able to identify opportunities
Comfortable holding people accountable while maintaining a positive culture
Professional, proactive and solutions-focused
Will also be required to work daily on the floor as the Manager in one of the two stores
