U.S. Pacific Fleet is seeking a skilled welder for an overseas assignment in Australia.
You will weld and cut various metal components, set up preheating torches, and apply heat shielding to control temperatures during critical repairs.You will conduct in-process NDT inspections to ensure weld quality before final certification.
The role includes welding rotating parts to restore shafts and other items to specified dimensions, with duties performed on site at Garden Island, Western Australia.
