This is a busy and varied customer service position where you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service across phone, email and face-to-face interactions.Working within a collaborative team environment, you will be responsible for managing enquiries, processing orders and quotations, and supporting customers with product and pricing information.
This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer enquiries via phone, email and at the trade counterPrepare, process and follow-up quotations and sales ordersConvert customer enquiries into sales opportunitiesProvide product and pricing advice across a range of steel building productsCoordinate customer requirements with internal teams including sales,
