Your new companyThis well-established manufacturer and supplier of construction materials across Queensland, is looking for a temporary accounts receivable officer to assist the finance team until the end of October.
This is a full-time, temporary role, based in their Port of Brisbane office.Your new roleReporting to the Senior AR Officer, key responsibilities will include:Processing and allocating customer payments within Microsoft Business CentralPreparing and issuing customer invoices in a timely and accurate mannerManaging day-to-day Accounts Receivable transactions and related administrationAssisting with month-end Accounts Receivable tasks and reconciliationsMaintaining customer records and ensuring data accuracy across the systemWhat you'll need to succeedPrevious Accounts Receivable experience within a medium to large business environment.Experience using Microsoft Business Central or a similar ERP system.Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a process-driven approach.Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.Professional communication skills, with a reliable and proactive work ethic.What you get in returnImmediate start availableFree in office parkingPossibility for extension
