Working within a contemporary, dedicated and very established facility, the right candidate can negotiate a permanent, casual, part time or full time role.Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doingWelcoming patients and families in a professional and personable mannerAssisting the orthodontist with new and existing patient consultationsProvide exceptional patient care and team supportInvoicing patients and receipt of paymentsManaging electronic patient recordsCoordinate and support the daily duties of the providers and work closely with our teamDiscussing treatment and payment plans with patients and familiesPlay a pro-active role in each day's appointment schedule and patient activities to ensure things run as seamless as possibleGeneral office dutiesWhat we are looking for in YOU!
A reliable and committed team playerA passion for the dental industry and patient carePrevious experience in Orthodontics or as a Dental Assistant preferred butnot essentialA vibrant personality, lots of empathy and a patient-focused approachExcellent customer service skills with attention to detailA positive attitude and the ability to be flexible & adaptableAn ability to handle pressure and multi-task.So, why work for us?
