We're looking for experienced hospitality professionals to join our FOH team as a Duty Manager, with opportunities across a multi-site venue.
Whether you're pouring the perfect beer, running a busy service, leading a team or creating memorable guest experiences, we're looking for people who take genuine pride in hospitality and want to be part of a great local venue.To be successful in this position, you will have:Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar hospitality management roleStrong leadership and team management skillsExperience opening and closing a venueExperience with POS systems and microsoft excelStrong knowledge of service standards and hospitality operationsExperience with stock control and inventory managementExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsA mature, professional and hands-on approachKnowledge or passion for craft beer would be an advantageThis is a full-time salaried position with a 5-day roster.
