We are currently seeking a Junior Administrator to join a busy residential construction team, supporting both the Preconstruction and Customer Service functions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is organised, eager to learn and looking for a company that will invest in their development.
You'll work alongside experienced team members, gaining exposure to the residential construction process while developing your administration and coordination skills.
The Role:
Providing general administrative and coordination support to the wider team
Updating customer and project information across internal systemsAssisting with documentation, reports and data entry
Supporting the team with customer enquiries and follow-ups
Assisting with the coordination of preconstruction activities
Helping keep projects and customer files organised and up to date
Taking on additional responsibilities as your knowledge and experience grows
About You:




Previous experience in administration, customer service or a similar office-based role within construction.
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Positive computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
A proactive and positive approach to your work
The ability to manage multiple tasks and work as part of a team
An interest in the residential construction or property industry
