This is a broad, hands-on, solo function HR role built around five key areas:Culture & Values – championing our values and leading culture initiatives that bring them to life across the businessLearning & Development – delivering our L&D; program, building our knowledge base and fostering a genuine commitment to growth for every employeeEmployee Engagement & Experience – supporting our people through every stage of their journey with best-practice HR programs and policiesEmployee Relations & Compliance – Leadership of all employee relations matters and ensuring compliance across the multiple Awards, IR, OH&S; and other statutory requirementsStrategic HR Leadership – executing our people strategy in line with our broader business goalsIn addition to the day-to-day management of the function,
