valuations & final accountsBenchmarking and investment analysisTHE PROJECTSThis is a particularly robust opportunity for someone with experience across:Commercial | Retail | Aged Care | Senior Living | Health | Social Infrastructure | Workplace / FitoutYou'll have the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio rather than being pigeonholed into one sector.WHAT YOU'LL BRING6+ years' Quantity Surveying / Cost Management experienceRelevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similarStrong cost planning and estimating capabilityConfident using CostX or similar softwareExperience across the full project lifecycleStrong client-facing and stakeholder management skillsRICS or AIQS accreditation highly regardedWHY CONSIDER IT?
