Manager - Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable$115 - $125K FTE plus Super + Salary PackagingJoin a highly respected South Australian not-for-profit organisation dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the community.We are seeking an experiencedAccounts Payable & Accounts ReceivableManager to lead our clients' finance operations on a 7-month fixed-term contract.This is a key people leadership role responsible for ensuring effective, accurate and compliant finance operations, while supporting continuous improvement and strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation.About the RoleYou will:Lead, coach and develop finance team membersOversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processesProvide financial insights, including debtor reporting, and support complex reconciliations.Ensure compliance with financial policies, processes and internal controls.Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency,



accuracy and service quality.Provide expert advice and support across finance operations.About YouYou will bring:Demonstrated experience across accounts payable and accounts receivable.Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls and reporting.Proven people leadership experience, including developing teams and providing constructive feedback.Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational and communication skills.Experience with financial/enterprise systems and process improvement.Strong stakeholder management skills.Desirable:Experience with NDIS funding, billing and revenue processes.
