You'll collaborate with the team, sharing knowledge and support to collectively deliver capital, maintenance, and customer-funded projects across overhead and underground networks.Your new role will include:Plan, allocate and schedule work for operational crewsCoordinate schedules to meet safety, quality, and budget targetsPerform LV, HV, and transmission switching operationsOversee construction, maintenance, and faults across the power networksMentor and coach team members to build technical capabilityWhat You'll Bring:Certificate III Electricity Supply Industry (ESI) – Distribution Powerline, or equivalent Australian Linesman Trade qualification,



or Certificate III Cable JointingFrontline leadership and supervisory experience, or relevant qualifications (e.g. Certificate IV in Leadership & Management)HR Driver's Licence (or willingness to transfer to a WA Heavy Vehicle Licence)High Risk Licences: EWP, Forklift, Dogging, RiggingLV & HV Switching qualifications and experienceA strong safety focus with the ability to coach and mentor othersExcellent scheduling skills, with the flexibility to manage urgent fault work alongside planned activities.Ready to power Port Hedland's future?
