Hunter Recent England Local Health District is seeking an Aboriginal Health Worker based at Moree Community Health Service.
You will join the Violence, Abuse and Neglect (VAN) Service, providing culturally safe, trauma-informed support, advocacy, and coordination for Aboriginal children, individuals and families.The role emphasizes community education, collaboration with Sexual Assault Counsellors and Social Workers, and partnership with Aboriginal communities to improve health outcomes.
